How pricing works
Bus and coach prices depend on seat size, hours, distance and dates. Each vehicle class has its own rate; we never copy one class's price to another.

How booking works
- 1Send your date, pickup point, destination and number of passengers.
- 2We confirm an available vehicle and send a written quote with your reference.
- 3Accept the quote and pay to confirm; your driver and vehicle details follow.

What to send with your request
- Travel date, start time and return time
- Pickup point and destination, including any stops
- Number of passengers and any luggage or equipment
- One-way, day hire or multi-day
- Who pays: you, your company account, or an invoice
Luggage
- Tell us about luggage, equipment or instruments when you request a quote so we size the vehicle correctly.
- Luggage may not block aisles, exits or passenger seats.
Waiting time
- 30 minutes free at the first pickup point.
- After that: charged at the hourly rate in your confirmed quote.
- Stops and event waiting follow your itinerary and quote.
Cancellation
- 7 days or more before departure: 10% of the charter price.
- 3–6 days: 25%. 24–72 hours: 50%. Less than 24 hours: 100%.
- Customer no-show: 100% of the charter price.
- Bespoke charter terms in your accepted quote take precedence.
- No cancellation fee when TaxiD's provider cancels; if a confirmed booking can't be fulfilled you get a replacement or a full refund.
- Waiting charges are based on recorded arrival and departure times.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method where supported. No undisclosed charges.

- Is a driver included?
- Yes. Bus and coach hire comes with a driver. Fuel, parking and overnight terms are set out in your quote.
- Can I travel outside Nairobi?
- Yes. Include your destination and return date so we can quote the full trip.
- How far ahead should I book?
- As early as you can, especially for weekends and holidays. Availability is only confirmed with your quote.
