How pricing works
Airport fares depend on the airport, your Nairobi area and the vehicle you choose. The fare is calculated by TaxiD when you book, not on this page.
Where an airport fare has not yet been confirmed by our team, you'll see it marked as an estimate, or we'll send you a written quote. We don't advertise a price we haven't confirmed.
How booking works

- 2We reply within one business day with the vehicle options and a confirmed fare.
- 3Your driver details are shared before the trip; pay by M-Pesa, card or company account.

What to send with your request
- Airline and flight number, plus date and scheduled time
- Pickup or drop-off address or area
- Number of passengers and pieces of luggage
- Name and phone number of the traveller, if you are booking for someone else
- Whether your company account should pay
Luggage
- Each passenger may bring 1 standard suitcase (up to 23 kg, 158 cm length + width + height) and 1 small carry-on bag, subject to the vehicle's boot space.
- Declare extra, oversized or heavy items when you book so we can assign a larger vehicle.
- Luggage may not take up passenger seats or overload the boot.
Waiting time
- International arrivals: 60 minutes free from actual landing.
- Domestic arrivals: 45 minutes free from actual landing.
- Departure pickups: 15 minutes free from the agreed pickup time.
- After that: KES 300 per 15 minutes. Verified airline delays don't use up your free waiting time.
Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before pickup: free.
- 12–24 hours: 25% of the fare. 6–12 hours: 50%. Less than 6 hours: 100%.
- Passenger no-show: 100% of the fare.
- Flight cancelled by the airline: full refund or free rescheduling, subject to verification.
- No cancellation fee when TaxiD's provider cancels; if a confirmed booking can't be fulfilled you get a replacement or a full refund.
- Waiting charges are based on recorded arrival and departure times.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method where supported. No undisclosed charges.
