Waiting and positioning
Any positioning, waiting or overnight operating cost must be explicitly quoted. Missing components are not silently treated as zero.
Airport and ground charges
Landing, handling and parking costs require operator or airport evidence. Unknown charges remain unknown until confirmed.
FX, tax and TaxiD fee
Currency conversion, tax treatment and TaxiD service fees come from a sourced effective-dated version with independent staff approval. The accepted version is frozen with your quote.
Historical benchmarks are not offers
Earlier aircraft registers and FX, tax and fee assumptions are indicative planning references only. They do not establish a current fare, available aircraft or final payable amount. An operator quote and current approvals are required.
Payment becomes available only after the chosen operator confirms its aircraft and the TaxiD Air desk reviews the reservation. Stored payment-provider receipts determine payment status.
